To effectively implement PBIS at our Primrose campus, we started by forming a leadership team to guide the process. We establish 4 clear, school-wide behavioral expectations

Be Kind, Be Safe, Be Responsible and Be Respectful

Our staff explicitly taught these four expectations to our students. We then reinforce positive behavior throughout our campus using a recognition system while maintaining consistent opportunities for growth to infractions. Our staff uses data to track behavior trends and adjust strategies as needed. Our leadership team provides ongoing staff training to ensure consistency and engage families to reinforce expectations at home. Primrose Staff regularly reviews progress, makes necessary adjustments, and celebrates successes to sustain a positive school culture.
